megan & ben’s black and white winter wedding

Candace Jeffery Photography

When you think of New Year’s Eve weddings you probably imagine a lot of gold and sparkle, cheesy hats and props. But Megan and Ben had a lovely New Year’s Eve wedding with a beautiful, clean color palette of black and white. The result is an elegant, but still fun, wedding. My favorite detail is the centerpieces, featuring the most stunning use of baby’s breath I’ve ever seen. The wedding, which took place at the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Connecticut, and was captured by  Candace Jeffery Photography, is a lovely example of how stunning black and white can be. Enjoy!

I love the brightly colored pashminas for the bridesmaids! It’s a lovely contrast to the black and white color palette.

Isn’t that baby’s breath stunning? I want all of my florist friends who say they hate baby’s breath to tell me that it’s not used well in those centerpieces!

Congratulations, Megan & Ben!
